Ken have you checked out the coq10 that was being talked about on the other thread? I started taking the tocoq10 and immediately my BP dropped. I have no idea about my blood work but I was going to start on that for 2 weeks and then add the no flush niacin. I have to say at this stage if my bp drops anymore I'm going to stop taking my 25mg of hydrochlorothiazide and see what happens.

BP a week ago was running 135/85 or so. Now I've also gotten back to the gym for a week so that will have had some effect but last night the wife brought the machine over and said have you checked lately. So I popped it on and I was 113/65. I haven't had a reading that low in 10 years even when I was gyming daily for months.
