peter, the two are inextricably intertwined, at least as i understand it since we found no wmd, our fight, as redefined, is to enable the iraqis to have the time to come up with a stable government, adopt certain essential policies, and manage and police their country by themselves it appears that they are moving the wrong direction, with their government coming unraveled, their congress heading off to the syria or other peaceful places for their august vacations, and running water and energy unavailable for large segements of baghdad what does victory in iraq look like to you?
