Gee, I'd think you could determine that yourself given both opcode lists. Notice that no SSE4a opcode is present in the SSE4 opcode list. Okay, enough hints for you.

Where'd you get the opcode lists? Is there a programming guide?

SSE4a is another "3DNow!" that will not receive much application support at all. Presumably, AMD will try to work SSE4 support into Shanghai, the 45nm "shrink" of Barc.
