Me neither.. It looks like they are taking it out on the cheap after spending a lot of share holders money to clean and upgrading the facility and now that it seems we'd see improvement in cash flows to reserve to what have you, they offer a small premium.. Bums..

Could be, but you could buy all you wanted @ a couple bucks not long ago, and it was a large position. 150% gain in a short period of time... I think the complaint you have is actually how stupid Mr. Market is rather than management. In this type of market there is no way anyone is going to pay a bigger premium to last sale to market than these guys did IMHO. In fact this is the largest premium to recent trades we've seen in the metals market so far isn't it? Hell, they could have sat there and bought all sorts of stock much cheaper.
