Guiliani dropped out of his last race with Hillary. He was a coward and withdrew when he found out she was running. He ran scared, cut and ran. And he gave some health excuse though that was bogus. That said, don't be surprized if neither Guiliani nor Hillary are nominated. If I were a GOP voter I'd avoid Guiliani like the plague. He really has nothing to offer beyond his phony 9-11 myth, which very few people care about anymore when we have real problems to deal with, most of which Guiliani's allies created.
