I have looked at rates all over the country and did not find a single 30% rate in the yahoo rate finder where the %down was not 20%. same for 15 year fixed. This was not the case when I did the same exercise a few months ago.

Most of the categories (ARM, Interest only) no longer return any mortgage lenders.

or is a 0% or5% down payment still possible?
