Maybe Bush blew up the bridge in order to de focus the media from Iraq?

If Bush had tried to blow up the bridge, half the explosives would have been put under water in non water proof containers, preventing their ignition. The other half would have been set on truck that ended up in Idaho. The head honcho for the job would have been at Neiman Marcus buying a blue shirt in case he made the news. And al Qaida would have had to come behind the Bush crew and finish the job.

No, I don't think Bush had anything to do with the actual collapse of the MPLS bridge. But he is responsible for funds not being available to rebuild it.
