After reading this stuff I don't think you'll want to go to SA for a holiday. Anyway, if you do come and you're passing Johannesburg look me up in the phone book and we can get together. Or, if you want any advice.

Interesting about your white water rafting on the Zambesi. I have to say that's far too energetic for me, even in my younger days. I grew up at the sea-side in Cape Town and lounging on the rocks was my forte. This may give you some idea of the life:
