My oldest is 21.

The hardest part of the diet is not doing it, because that is really, really easy! The hardest part is in the remembering to do it part. Heck, sometimes I am half-way through a meal (in minutes) before it hits me or my wife remembers and says something.

One way to remember is to keep a 1 qt mason jar full of pure water at your place... that is along with the other quart glass of drink. Then it jumps right out at you.
