I'd would think one would have a bigger complaint if management didn't own a share? <I find it hard to imagine that anyone would bother becoming an operational miner in order to achieve a market valuation of 55 mil dollars. > So, I guess the majority owners of the company want to let someone else take the company to a higher market cap. All in all, I fail to see where this isn't a really nice gain they way I see it. DAK
