We expect stocks will be recovering after labor day. But any exuberance will be short lived; expecting some tax loss sell offs?

Basically, arrs should have technology leadership on media distribution and bandwidth, and products expanded into consumer market(60mbps broadband modem, and hospitality network for multirooms, etc. for Telewire).

When UBS upgrades, we should overcome $19 barrier?
