"Yes, but I think it's obvious we don't."

So... you AND I both support the 'Bush Doctrine' (that sovereign nations are responsible for their own actions, and can be held responsible even for the actions of 'stateless actors', such as al Qaeda, when they support/succor/provide sanctuary/training/financing for those same 'stateless actors'.)

(In other words: the hand inside the PUPPET is responsible for what the puppet does....)

I was fairly certain - the 'doctrine' being such a commonsense thing - that, when Bush first enunciated it after 9-11 as a basic pillar for American foreign policy... that most likely 99% or so of everyone on the planet could easily understand the doctrine... (and most likely nearly everyone agreed that it was quite sensible.)

So, when you say that 'I think it's obvious we don't [support the Bush Doctrine'], I WONDER... just *who the Heck* is that "WE" you are talking about?

You think that Bush has flip-flopped on his own policy?
