I have made two pies out of these huckleberries this summer. They make the best berry pie we've ever eaten. Takes forever to pick enough for the pie.

I love blueberries and I guess they are good for you so that is even better. My ice cream for low carb is just some frozen berries started to thaw and then pour some heavy cream over them for a dusting and a couple of packets of sweetener. The cream freezes to them and it's a very tasty and satisfying treat if I'm craving a treat of some kind.
