GNP went down for 4 straight years before FDR, then it went up every year but one while he was President. Those are simple facts that anyone can look up. Ignoring facts and constructing alternate realities is delusional... Do you think you can name even one thing that was better about the pre-Great Depression U.S. economy than the post-Depression U.S. economy? Poverty? Growth? Unemployment? Existence and strength of the Middle Class? Stability? Reliability of banks? Anything? Can you name one thing? SD
