But I'll bet they're reinventing the wheel right now in Georgia. In hope [vain, I know] of ending this, let me give you one last clarification. Notwithstanding the very clear path set up, our Government has decided to handle all terrorists caught inside the country as criminals. So these two, and others in the future, go into our Federal court system. Read their "rights," Incarcerated by the FBI, etc. Those caught outside the country who are not American Citizens are tracked on the Military path. These are very clear, very old paths that have been used for centuries. During WWII, we used them to execute German spies caught here and in Europe. All of our problems have arisen because we have been too weak about these paths. For political, not legal reasons, Bush should have pushed though reinforcing legislation just to make the left shut up and keep the courts out of it. He didn't and now we get all this crap from the left and the courts because of it. It's too late now. The wimps have control. To give you an example of how far we should have gone with it, a herd of feral pigs should have been kept for body disposal. These Radical Salafis would have been less disposed to Jihad against us if they knew this was their fate.
