That statement alone disqualifies the article as it is not a fact.
The Fed is going to have to cut here and then we rock. Smart money is buying PM stocks. Gold is down over the past couple of days. Lets ses if the $HUI breaks its low of Tuesday. I bet is does not and if it does not you have a strong market.
