Growing doesn't necessarily mean increasing headcount. In fact, one of the things that attracted me to invest in Sun back in 1991 was their relatively low headcount for the sales they had at that time -- if they can get back to that, I'll be thrilled.

Cisco is a good company, too. I've held shares in it from time to time.
