OT: Does everyone understand that I want posession of the Tbills at my broker? Those Tbills, in addition to earning interest free of state and local taxes, are valuable collateral for short sales. It does me no good to keep rolling over at Treasury Direct.

IB will buy the bills for me, but they want a $1M minimum order.
