Thanks cathy. Obviously this mortgage "thing" is on topic and how rates are handled will affect new home sales, defaults etc. If the fed is forced to lower MAYBE gold will benefit.

Cathy, that post is probably the most helpful and complete information I have seen so far. No one on the TV is saying that!

It seems pretty straightforward, funny it takes a local mortgage lender to explain it!?

Hard to believe Bloomberg's guests cannot say that?

The "economists" talk all around the problem in the most esoteric terms, but fail to just spit it out-lol.

Your information gives me a lot more to go on than "repricing risk" what the hell does that mean-EXACTLY-lol?
