OGI- In regards to the drill team i think TK did their best . They did not hire the cheapest folks who bid on their contract or the most expensive . Instead they choose a bid in the middle. By rights this is one of the best methods to choose a company when selecting bids. It is a method I have recommended for many years and there is a lot to support why it works.
That said the drill or crew was not what the company was looking for nor did it meet the companies expectations. When the factors are considered i do not think the TK is at fault. if they had picked the cheapest bid my opinion would be different.
