You misunderstand or misread my quote, of course mngmnt are selling their shares, it is just their shares came so cheap they are willing to abandon the company and its future upside for a quick buck.

So I guess we merely disagree on the price. I would think 54 mil for a growing mining company would be far below what the business plan was pursuing and what the average shareholder that invested was assuming based on that plan.

If you think the price is fair then that's great.
