PIP - Final note on call - PharmaThene Inc. has over 260 million if defense contracts for development of their 2 lead products... may be a real player in the bio-defense field.

There could be a real squeeze/run in the warrants if the court surprises and handles the matter quickly.

However, "court" and "quickly" don't usually go well together...

Thanks for taking the time to give us a detailed update. I put down a small bet on the warrants at $.37, a casino play as Tom Hua used to say.

This has been quite a fascinating story. The "breaking new ground" comment leaves me a bit uneasy. How often do companies break new legal ground? The fact that the common shares are selling at such a large discount to their cash value is encouraging.
