K, Ah, how solid our financial system truly appears to be!!! Just like NASDAQ in 2000, buying a home in a quickly appreciating market over the past few years was a 'no lose proposition' <ggg>. History seems to never fail in repeating, when prices go parabolic in any asset class, they also seem to do so on the flip side! In either case, the volatility has been a trader's dream, I've already been in and out of LSI and SNDK this morning, making good money on the long side... Regards, John
