I agree wholeheartedly that the right to vote SHOULD be treated AS VALUABLE as it SHOULD BE. Many people vote who have no right voting cause they are ill informed. I PERSONALLY have observed old people being bussed in who in some cases were obvious cases of dementia and treated like CHILDREN in instructing them just WHICH levers to pull. Promising donuts and milk as a reward. I have heard of cigarettes and money also, not to mention cheating. IMHO the DEATH PENALTY should be the result of anyone found cheating or aiding and abetting same. There should be some means of evaluating peoples ability to vote and be RESPONSIBLE CITIZENS. This isnt gonna happen in my lifetime though, probably never will. jdn
