If you scroll back and look at the conversation Wayne and i were having when you popped in you'll see i was making my point about economic growth, revenue growth, and tax rates.

Wayne said we were in a depression for most of FDR's presidency. I pointed him to GDP figures as they are directly relevant to my point.

GDP growth was rapid, revenues were soaring and tax rates were high. That was my point.

So when you come along with an article saying FDR's policies worsened and lengthened the depression, in the context of the debate i was having with Wayne, what was i to make of that? I hadn't made any other claims.

What preconceived notion of mine are you disputing? I have the GDP figures right, that's all i've ever claimed. Now you want to pretend that's not what you were challenging? What else was i talking about? What else is there to challenge?

Show me a quote. Whatever position of mine it is you think you've been rebutting, i don't know what it is. I've never spoken it. I've only ever debated: GDP, revenue, and tax rates...
