I can also add that the bar of soap under the sheet definitely reduces leg cramps at night. Seems ridiculous, but its easy enough to do and if it works, who am I to question something so simple.
I also take an occasional calcium magnesium tablet, but the soap clearly made a difference. I read about that one on the People's Pharmacy.
