I heard Kucinich talk recently and he said that all Congress has to do is tell Bush to use his appropriations for Iraq to fund the troop removal and Bush has to do it. Of course that is after Congress voted to give Bush the power to make the decision as to what is a terrorist action and do what he feels is best!!!!! What's Dennis smokin???????? he speaks in SF tomorrow night at the COmmonwealth club so he's hangin around here right now ( making a fool of himself with comments like that ).
