'How do you people survive down here? I can see why this is the heart of the bubble.' Survive with A/C 24/7 everyplace you look. If you aren't into beach or boating you kind of become a hermit down here over time.. Worst of the bubble bursting is in SW Florida. Much worse than even WPB, Vegas ect.. You should check it out.. Stock market volatility in both directions probably here to stay for a while.. Could be something like a 9-15k DOW range bouncing around for years.
