With Rudy essentially tied for the moment with Fred, and with Mitt coming out of Iowa as a strong second place 'with a bullet', we could be setting-up for a no-holds-barred three way shoot-out in the near future.

He may be correct if he takes most of the workers being those first few days thousands came to help.. however, later it was only the fire department who spent the next month going through the destruction with help of heavy duty crane operators etc.

He may be able to support more than most of the workers.. taking all workers into account.
