The only word I've heard from Oahu is that there are some sharks cruising Kapolei looking for stuffed mailboxes, stacked papers, weeds etc. They run the title and usually hit paydirt with a pre foreclosure. They take over payment to prevent credit meltdown and flip to a sucker. The tsunami hitting the outer islands may have less impact on Oahu. We'll know better next year.
