There is roughly $200 billion of global printing press money flooding the market over the past 2 days. Fear can turn to greed very quickly. For those inclined to take a stab, a long position now with a stop below the most recent lows might make sense. I went short several consumer names yesterday such as Dick's Sporting Goods and Nordstrom on their spikes. I'm thinking about a long spx futures position this morning but I'd like to see it a bit lower first.
