when it comes to sausage i like sams club large package of fresh sausage. but then i am back to cooking up a bunch and getting rid of the fat again. When over at sams i always do pick up a package , however they do have the skin on them i have to remove the skin for my wife. more work.

the frozen come in several selections, like chicken etc. and usually you can buy them at $1. box.(10 links) at giant sale.
nice convenience food early am. adds some protein to brkf.
