The INS I think. They will do some high profile raids and bust some companies. It will get headlines and scare the crap out of other employers of illegals.

It really doesn't take much to cut back the in-flow. But it takes a lot more than we are doing now to reverse it to out-flow.

Most local and state officials dodge their responsibilities to enforce immigration law, saying over and over again, "That's the job of the Feds."

What I'd rather see is local law enforcement actually enforcing the law, then saying, "Got a problem with it? Take it up with the Feds."

In other words, all we need is a Federal government with a backbone.
