The real question is whether GM really means it this time or are they just trying to stir up some good press? Bottom line is that I'll believe it when I see it.

When Toyota says they are going to put a Plug-In Hybrid on the market, you can count on them doing it. When GM says it, who really knows whether they mean it? GM and other American car makers have no public credibility. They will have to earn that by living up to their promises for once.

Hate to say it but I'll believe it when I see it. GM reminds me of Pemex, the oil company of Mexico.
