My biggest issue with the up scenario on the golds is that the $XAU recently broke above a triangle and gave back the breakout.

Here is my preferred $XAU. The labeling is arguable but the real key for me lies in the recent breakout failure clearly marked on this chart, those failures are very compelling to me:

I just wish the breakout had held Allan. But if it gets back above 148 or so I would also be a huge buyer. Its a toss up for me still, but there will be plenty of time to hop on if the bull count is operational....although I admit that proper entry is right here with tight stops.
