Yes! I thought exactly that about the Accord Hybrid. They totally misread the public demand for high mpg. I just couldn't believe it. Sometimes, I think these idiots have never done customer surveys. Either that, or their surveys are all done in the rural parts of Texas, where if you don't have a gun rack in the back of your pick-up, you are considered a girly-man. MM, you know that up until two years ago, it was all about performance. Who was worried about miles to the gallon? Americans blow hot and cold on this subject.
