Reagan, like JFK & Truman, knew the USSR was an evil empire. Modern day liberals think anti-communism was a foolish error that caused the cold war. And the worst thing about the cold war to them is that we won.

Bush-Cheney would love to run the old USSR or Nazi Germany. That's their ultimate fantasy, to have total power and screw everyone they want to. No congress, justice, laws or Constitution whatsoever to worry about.
