"Drinking two ounces of natural apple cider vinegar has been reported to relieve involuntary muscle contractions or cramping in 35 seconds."

Do you realize how silly you sound? Drinking two ounces of vinegar of any kind would give the vast majority of the population massive heartburn. And then, of course, the mechanism that cures restless leg syndrome is not explained.... Everything you and your chatters talk about is laughable on it's face. My favorite is the bar of soap....LOLOLOL!

Can you cite any clinical studies to support any of the claims your making?
