Commercials fail to take into account the rising global demand for transportation fuels (gasoline, jet and diesel) vs the depletion of exisiting producing reservoirs and lack of new discoveries/production coming onstream. See Figure 1 <http://www.theoildrum.com/node/2716#more> ....the edge of the plateau and the beginning of Dr. Bakhtiari's Phase T-2 approaches. Coal and NG mainly provide energy for stationary facilities. The pricing disconnect with crude oil will continue to widen.
