Was this woman a victim of predatory lenders, circumstance:everybody else is doing it, or of her own naivety and greed? Hard to say re: this particular woman. After taking a close look at the first one like this I saw (different client) and realizing I had to decline representation due to fraud on the part of the mortgage broker and probably the client, I'm reluctant to look into this anymore. Where I work, the boss doesn't want to sue lenders, so I just churn out the bankruptcies.
