The demographics of Canada are a huge difference when considering life expectancy. We have a lot of people dying young due everything but lack of free health care!

The average Canadian lives 79.96 years

This is genetic, not health care. Canadians have little black or brown population. Africans and Mexican/American Indians have shorter genetic life spans.
