Are you referring to Prevention Magazine????? That is usually called Quackery Magazine. It's incredible how many people in this country, and indeed the world, are so suggestible as to buy the crap published in such idiocy. I'm sure you've been suckered into the "Head-On" advertising and now its profitable offshoots. That shit is a homeopathic remedy and when asked by the National Advertising Council and Consumer Reports to provide clinical data they said they had it but it was still secret.... re: restless leg syndrome.....
