Kate..good morning....This is expected to be a VERY hot IPO, so chances are it may zoom right away...Not for me, though..I would give it some time and hope for a pullback...As I said, I hope my EMC calls join in the zoom...vbg

Just got the prospectus for VMware...Says offering price expected to be between 27 and 29..Selling 33M shares, after which EMC will be left with 87% of all shares..No word yet on how much, if any, I'll get hold of..
