Sure "feels" like this rally's goin to get sold...BUT I remain cowering (for now) in my little 1 and 3 month T-bills, so I really don't care...

once again, you can't make people who are broke, not broke, and its the broke folks who aren't paying, and because they are not paying, the loans aren't receiving interest or principal (defaulting) and because everyone is broke, no one is there to push real estate values up, or keep them level, and in time more of these broke folks will be added to the rolls and the problem compounds itself. and those who are not yet broke can't get credit to buy from those who are.

no government can fix that unless they become the real estate buyer of last resort.............and own a whole lot of empty homes at a several trillion dollar cost. followed by shopping centers, office buildings, cars, equipment, and machinery.
