True, we appreciate his past good work, but I think the writing was on the wall w/r to his resignation, once the recent string of legal fiascos reached the current inflection point. Somebody had to take the fall, given their relatively poor recent legal decision making...

i agree with his years of service and his ability to with stand challenges to patents , royalties. etc.

However, this also happened on his watch, the stock has taken a beating. analysts and financial firms are calling for ceo to resign. it is about time they tried something. Nothing seems to be working in qcom favor in the courts.
