Yes it does. Don't forget Afghanistan, where costs are +- $370 Million a week. And lookit what the Afghani prez has to say> In the hunt for Osama bin Laden, the United States and its allies have essentially gotten nowhere lately, says Afghan President Hamid Karzai.
