I don't see why Judge Rudy should penalize QCOM excessively. They have identified a trimary culprit and he has resigned. They have replaced him with an upstanding former US attorney.

How can you blame QCOM leaders -- they were not responsible and most of them are not attorneys--- thank God.

Limtex can you please give me the web address for Rudi's decision. I would appreciate that. I got it at BRCM but it seems to not be there anymore and I would like to reread p. 45.
