From: Julie Vianale [mailto:Julie@vianalelaw.com] Sent: Tuesday, August 14, 2007 11:26 To: XXXX Subject: Sulja Brothers Dear Mr. XXX, We dismissed our case in the Sulja Brothers matter primarily because the Company's lawyers advised us that neither the Company nor the individual defendants had any insurance coverage to pay a judgment or fund a settlement. In rare cases, a company without insurance can afford to pay for legal representation in a securities class action case and still have the means to fund a settlement or pay a judgment. We did not view this as one of those rare cases. The case was dismissed without prejudice, meaning that it can be re-instituted by another claimant, either individually or on a class wide basis. If you or any other shareholder intends to pursue court action in the case, please do not delay. There are strict deadlines within which these cases can be filed. The Ontario Securities Commission continues to investigate the Company. Their investor inquiries phone numbers are (416) 593-8314 and (877) 785-1555. You are welcomed to call if you need further information. Sincerely, Julie Vianale Julie Prag Vianale, Esq.
