Limtex I did read it when it was first posted and I never heard such a rant from a Federal Judge. Rudi obviously is very anti Qualcomm, anti Democratic Q, anti Jewish Q. Nothing Q did was so egregious. It is hard to believe all the assertions from the Judge really occurred. It seems like this case was a conspiracy and cover up from the lowliest engineer to the top management - imho an impossibility. Hard to believe that all those assertions are true. I still believe in the integrity of the management of Q. I do not know how or why they did not deliver all those emails but I believe it was because of the search criteria but that is inexcusable. What is it that is the big sticking point on page 45. That was the engineer that changed her testimony or else is it the engineer in charge of that cruise in San Diego. What is the point that is so troubling? Beats me how Q would have tried to cover up. I believe their video compression was patented and licensed and Q was NOT a member of the standard board that set the standard. I think that various engineers sat in on meetings ( and they were completely ignorant of the fact that Q had the video compression patent). Mr. Lee who was responsible for the patent I do not believe ever sat in on the standard board. I do not know what to believe any more but I do NOT believe Judge Rudi. I think Judge Rudi is very annoyed at Q for their concealment of the emails but I think it was NOT intentional. I still believe in Q's integrity. Maybe I am too naive.
