The things you're saying are starting to conflict with one another. Now you say there was no fire fight and no shots fired but the three which hit Tillman in the forehead. These are things you're supposing as you have no real way of knowing. Saying no equipment was hit doesn't mean "no other shots were fired" or no firefight as you're supposing - did they dig up the mountain side and find no shots fired into the soil or rocks?

But earlier you were claiming O'Neal, right beside Tillman, was praying in fear to get through the situation, which implies they WERE in the midst of being fired on. Why else would he be praying in fear when no firing was going on?
